RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 10 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular‑priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged item to reach you can vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
